3LPE Coatings Line are in addition to the corrosion protection of FBE coatings and can be used to add mechanical protection by applying a polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) layer. The adhesive layer is responsible for the bonding between the FBE and PE / PP layers.

Product Details:

Extruders are mainly used for application of adhesive (glue between FBE and top coat) and top-coat layers (mechanical protection). This in a 3-layer polyethylene (3LPE) or polypropylene (3LPP) pipe coating process where Yesha's own designed extruders are developed for the main purpose of pipe coating application. The top-coat extruders are specially designed for high outputs when processing high density PE materials and having reduced optimized output for medium/low density PE or PP materials
