T-Die is used in sheet and film extrusion for uniform melt flow and precise thickness control. Made from high-grade alloy steel with polished flow channels. Available working width 250–4500 mm (customizable). Adjustable die gap 0.2–30 mm. Multi-zone electric heating with PID temperature control. Suitable for PP, PE, PS, PET, PVC and other polymers. Maximum operating temperature up to 350°C. Provides smooth surface finish and consistent thickness across width.

Surface finish is mirror-polished to achieve excellent sheet transparency and smoothness. Die lips are chrome-plated or nitrided for wear resistance. Provision for deckling system is available to adjust effective working width and reduce edge trim wastage.
